Antarctica – Crystal Composition

A square resin composition in cool blue tones with opal, moonstone, and obsidian, named after the southernmost continent on Earth. The work evokes the icy color palette of Antarctica – deep blues, white accents, and crystalline structures.

The minerals used create different visual effects: opal with its characteristic play of color, moonstone with its shimmering adularescence effect, obsidian with its deep black, glassy surface. Together they form a composition that oscillates between transparency and opacity, between light and darkness.
